We are a pet-friendly community. Breed restrictions for dogs do not apply.<br>
At Parkway Flats, we welcome up to two pets per home, including both cats and dogs.<br>
Refundable Pet deposit is $300.00 per pet.<br>
Monthly pet rent of $35.00 will be charged per household.
