We Love Pets!

Life can be RUFF. Relax in comfort with your furry friend at your side!

Pet Policy:

At Parkway Flats, we welcome up to two pets per home, including both cats and dogs. A one-time pet deposit of $300 is required, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. While we love all breeds, please note that breed and weight restrictions do apply, with a maximum combined pet weight of 80 pounds. If you have any questions about our pet policy or would like to learn more about our pet-friendly community, our leasing center is happy to help.
