At Parkway Flats, we welcome up to two pets per home, including both cats and dogs. A one-time pet deposit of $300 is required, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. While we love all breeds, please note that breed and weight restrictions do apply, with a maximum combined pet weight of 80 pounds.
